Los Angeles, October 28, 2025—- X Corporation and Julie Chen have resolved AAA Case No. 01-23-0005-9219 with the following statement from Ms. Chen:
“I worked at X Corp. from 2016 until May 2023 when I left to pursue another opportunity. X Corp. later sued me alleging I retained and revealed certain inside information about X Corp. in violation of my confidentiality agreement. Although we reached an amicable resolution, I realize that I made a mistake, for which I am sorry. I am grateful for the opportunity I had to work with so many talented people at X Corp. I wanted X Corp. to succeed when I was there, and I want the Company to succeed now.”
